NDNL leaders Congratulate Gov Sheriff, Guwor on their successful inauguration

The leadership of New Delta National League, ably led by Comrade Peter Omarayerue Yisah, has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and Speaker of 8th Delta Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor on the successful inaugurations both as Executive Governor and Speaker.

Yisah who expressed immense confidence in the ability of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to advance Delta State with his M.O.R.E agenda administration, noting that Sheriff has the requisite knowledge, experience and leadership capacity to do more for Deltans.

As a man with grassroot credibility, compassion, great character and capacity, I believe he’ll provide quality leadership and good governance as governor of Delta State.

I also trust the ability of the Speaker, Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor, to pilot the affairs of the 8th assembly, stated that ”Guwor” is a young man that’s focused and intelligent who understands the importance of legislative policy and good governance through vibrant participatory democracy.

Yisah, described Hon Emomotimi Guwor as a right peg in a square hole, having been in the state politics for over a decade now, demonstrating great character, competence and capacity at various political positions.

“I known both the executive and legislature will partner effectively and harmoniously because Governor Oborevwori has served as a Speaker for six years, who knows the workings of the House, and Hon Guwor, a member now Speaker of the House so there’ll be a strategic working relationship and legislative partnership, Comr. Yisah Peter said”

“In the same light, Comrade Andrew Azubuike Chanumuya, a National Secretary of the body, also congratulated His Excellency, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State for the successful inauguration and wish him a sound wisdom and strength to drive the M.O.R.E agenda to a fruition.

While extolling Governor Sheriff Oborevwori administrative competence and capacity to deliver excellently, he expresses his heartfelt wishes to congratulate the Speaker of 8th Delta Assembly, Rt Hon Guwor, for his emergence as speaker and he prays God to grant him divine wisdom and knowledge to carry the house along and subsequently provide people’s oriented policies and impactful legislative bills, motions and interventional projects.

According to him, he said Hon Guwor is an experience lawmaker with great character, whose political antecedence has earned him an endearing feats in good governance, sustainable peace and security, and infrastructural development in his constituency and the state at large.

Furthermore, I sincerely thank His Excellency, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori for his sagacity and outstanding to carry every political pressure group along and ensure there’s a good working relationship and understanding among its leaders and the state campaign council, Comrade Yisah said.

Hence, I want to enjoined all Deltans to continue to pray to God almighty to grant Gov Oborevwori and the Speaker, Guwor, good health, sound wisdom, strength and courage to deliver excellently in the M.O.R.E agenda of this administration, he added.
